Client and or Contractor understands and consents to the following stipulations:

Purposeful Pathways Publishing may be privy to certain Confidential Information during manuscript review, editing, design work and/or book publishing.

“Confidential Information” will for the purposes of this Agreement, refer to: confidential information, such as documents, intellectual property, images, conversations, materials, etc.

Purposeful Pathways Publishing will only use Confidential Information as it relates to the job for which Purposeful Pathways Publishing may be consulted/hired.

Purposeful Pathways Publishing shall not disclose any of the Confidential Information Company learns and/or comes in contact with during manuscript review/editing/book publishing in regard to Client or Contractor.

Purposeful Pathways Publishing will not use any confidential information for self-interest, or for the interest of others, during or after the manuscript review/book publishing, unless permission to do so is expressly given, in writing, by Client or Contractor.

Should Purposeful Pathways Publishing relationship end with Client or contractor, no matter the reason, Purposeful Pathways Publishing agree not to use any intellectual property, images, conversations etc. that are classified as Confidential Information, as defined above.

Any violation of this Agreement gives Client or Contractor the right to seek legal recourse against Purposeful Pathways Publishing.

This Agreement is legally binding, and subject to any applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations enforced by the state of Florida, USA.

The integrity of your intellectual property is important to us. We want you to know that we will not use your intellectual property for any purpose other than for the task(s) that we are hired.

You can be certain that we will treat your writings with respect, care, and in a manner that you can be proud.

Upon receipt and acknowledgment of this agreement, you will be asked to submit a copy of your manuscript for review.
